INSTRUCTIONS:

Rename the "replace_timedate.txt" and "revert_timedate.txt" to "replace_timedate.bat" and "revert_timedate.bat" respectively.
Due to deviantART's upload restrictions, I had to name them with .txt extensions in order to upload them here. So you must
change the extention yourself.

After you've changed the .txt extensions for both files to .bat extensions:

Just double-click the "replace_timedate.bat" file, and follow the simple command-line instructions.

To restore the default Timedate.cpl to your system, double-click the "revert_timedate.bat".

If the custom Timedate doesn't apply, disable SmartScreen (Control Panel>Action Center>Security), then restart
the explorer.exe process once more. If the custom clock still gives you issues, reboot your computer. If, after
doing all of the above, you're still having issues, revert to your original Timedate.cpl.

IMPORTANT: Before changing to any other custom Timedate.cpl, revert to your original one beforehand.

*Credits and thank-yous to Mr351837 for the .bat files.
